Lyn Jie's FaReWELL DInnER

One of our colleague, Lyn Jie is going to be posted out to Copenhagen for 2 years in mid Aug, hence today our department arranged a farewell party for her at Marriot (Seafood buffet @ S$53++ per person). Lucky company pay for it otherwise our pocket will burn a big hole. Haha… The food is so so only… seems like not as nice as it used to be.

We bought a black Prada cosmetic pouch for her. It’s from the latest collection. I think it’s quite nice… too bad the purple one was sold out. It was really pwetty. Lucky she likes the black piece as well.

717 - Mao Shan DURIAN

Me KO at 8.30pm yesterday.. went over IP to meet Agnes, Shalwa & Audre for a durian spread somewhere near Kovan called Heartland Shopping Centre. Initially we ate 3 D24 which the guy at stall recommended to Agnes.. but not shiok enough so we ordered another one called "Mao Shan Durian", Shalwa say some ppl call it "Butter Durian" becoz it melts in your mouth. Indeed, it was really superb! We ate a total of $60 which is rather reasonable.

I had craving for PRATA ... so we waited for Fidah to KO then went over to THE PRATA PLACE off Thomson Road to ease my hunger cum craving... haha... mi ordered Teh Alia and Prata egg... simply yummilious... maybe I am hungry thats y it taste good.

Agnes was really funny... Keep making me laugh by talking about her "Mountain Story" on our way home. By the time I reach home its already 1am.

Thanks Agnes for the treat today and Shalwa for the ride :)

Boring Saturday :(

Binbin is flying off to Bali today...
Me stomach pain so stay at home... can u imagine I have been seating in front of the laptop for the whole of today setting up my blog.

Mum bought for me chicken chop for lunch and Dad bought fried hokkien mee for dinner... am so a pamper girl. haha

Looking forward to tomorrow as Binbin promised to bring me out Orchard shopping.. lol

Now wanna log off to watch tv ... good nite everyone.

Rainy Day

I took leave to accompany Binbin as he was not flying today. We went to Lawry's The Prime Rib Singapore @ Paragon for lunch as Citibank is having a special 1 for 1 Lunch Treat for only S$52nett and add S$10 per pax for a starter, dessert & choice of coffee or tea.

After lunch we shop awhile at CK Tang then went over to AMK Hub for a movie. We decided to watch "Who Slept With Her?" after pondering at the ticket counter for awhile.
It was a Hilarious Korean sex movie about 3 school boys which go gaga over this pretty school teacher and the discipline master decided to set all out to find who was that person who did it with her.
